The Eastern Kings Community Centre had its grand re-opening last year. 

The renovations on the community centre took six months and $350,000. 

The community gave $44,000 and the rest was given by Skills PEI, Active Communities and Rural Development. Some of the renovations include new staging, roofing, new offices and wheelchair accessibility.
